The plant's computer control unit is set so as to provide a continuous supervision over the operation of the plant, and it is also used for data storage, data processing and generation of daily, monthly and annual reports. The main computer controls the overall operation of the CČN plant via the in-line and on-line analysers installed in all of the key areas of the plant.
Measuring instruments are used to monitor and control the quality of the treated water and the operation of technological lines, as well as to provide technological process support. This implies a continuous control at the access point of the wastewater to be treated and at the outflow point of the already treated wastewater, as well as a connection with the control systems via on-line and in-line measuring instruments, and a continuous support through laboratory analyses.
